Come and join the 2019 team

The events are kicking of on 24th May and YOU could be part of the magic!

It’s that time of year where you pull out the Prosecco, crack open a cold one, chuck on a bbq and have a good catch up with your friends outdoors. It sure is everyone’s favourite time of year and we’re getting ready for a fun filled summer bringing live music and outdoor movies to various communities across the South of the UK. The aim of the game is to bring a memorable & fun night to the community and that can’t be done without a class team to make sure the event runs as smoothly as possible!

So what are we looking for:

Team A

Team A looks after the marquee and it’s contents, your job would be setting up the marquee on site, setting up the bar and setting up the stock and preparing the marquee for the event, there’s no heavy lifting involved with Team A. Then both teams come together and check guests into the event, serve drinks and hand out headphones.

Team B

Team B is on board with more of the heavy lifting, setting up the screen and projector side of things. Your job will be to set up and secure the screen for inflation. Mark out the safe zones and put the appropriate fencing up around the screen. Set up the projector and the stand. Wire up the transmitters for the musician and movie. Jump in with Team A and assist with checking guests, serving drinks and welcoming people to the event. Then dismantling the screen and projector at the end of the event.

Team A

  • Cleaning/charging headphones
  • Dismantling and packing away equipment at the end of the night
  • Dismantling the bar
  • Dismantling the marquee
  • Litter Picking

To be part of the team you must:

  • Have your own transport to get to the events
  • Have initiative
  • Be able to do manual work
  • Be well mannered
  • Have a good positive outlook on life in general and be up for a laugh
  • Be able to work fast, calmly and professionally
  • Have a willingness to learn

Team B

Job role:

  • Super friendly and professional customer interaction
  • Setting up the screen
  • Setting up the projector
  • Setting up fencing around the screen and projector
  • Scanning people in
  • Cash handling
  • Serving drinks
  • Cleaning/charging headphones
  • Dismantling and packing away equipment at the end of the night
  • Dismantling the screen
  • Dismantling the projector
  • Loading up the work vehicles

To be part of the team you must:

  • Have your own transport to get to the events
  • Have initiative
  • Be able to do some heavy lifting and manual work
  • Be well mannered
  • Have a good positive outlook in life in general and be up for a laugh
  • Be able to work fast, calmly and professionally
  • Have a willingness to learn

All of our events are either on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday

All together you will be on site for 6-8 hours. For this, you will be on a day rate of £80 for the night and we will also provide you with a meal and many refreshments to keep you going!
